Fosters Lindeman’s winery at Karadoc in Victoria is one of the most modern winemaking facilities in the southern hemisphere. It is responsible for crushing, storing and packaging products on behalf of the group.
JGC obtained development approval for a $2.6m extension to the facility for the storage of wine. The facility has the capacity to store 21,000 tonnes of fruit in the winery which has an EPA works approval to crush 156,000 tonnes of fruit.
