An industrial subdivision of land in the core of the industrial area for Sunraysia proposed the creation of lots with access to the Sturt Highway. JGC managed the development approval for the subdivision on behalf of its client which involved consideration of issues such as flooding, traffic and future land use. Consultation through the approval process was required with VicRoads and Council regarding the various issues.
