Planning approval was obtained for the establishment of a 4 storey 41 apartment building for Quest serviced apartments. The building was proposed to be located on a prominent site in the CBD of Mildura.

Consideration of a number of issues were required through the preparation of the application including urban design, car parking, integration with the street and locality.
