As a component of Dockside Mildura, Dockside Resort includes resort style accommodation opportunities on the banks of the Murray River and in the surroundings of the Marina. The resort will include 169 rooms, 300 person conference facility, retail, restaurants and various support facilities including pool, gym and business centres.

With river and harbour views, Dockside Resort has been subject to a detailed and rigorous approval process. JGC has continually been involved in assisting with the completion of the approvals process, and providing general planning advice to the resort. Considerable issues were overcome in relation to the development including environmental, riverine, land tenure, urban design and architectural.
