Due diligence is an important component of any property purchase. JGC can provide you with a detailed report regarding land use planning matters.
This report identifies all planning issues that may be relevant to a particular property being investigated for purchase and potential development.

The report will entail detailed investigation in order to consider all planning issues that relate to the land.

The following matters are considered through the background investigation regarding the report:

• The existing land conditions including any buildings that are
  contained on the land and their potential reuse
• Any permissions that have been granted to the land
• Adjoining land use
