We are seeking an experienced land use or environmental planner to assist with the management of urban planning, redevelopment applications and rezoning of land. The role has the potential to assist with project management of large-scale regional projects. We require a pro-active individual with initiative and commercial expertise.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in the urban environment as well as rural and remote areas.
The successful applicant will work closely with our team to provide professional independent advice to our
clients.
You will:
Have demonstrated experience in consulting and managing approvals
Assist with advice to private, corporate and government clients
Provide strategic approvals advice for projects
Undertake development impact assessment
Interact with technical professionals and stakeholders within multi-disciplinary projects
Attend client, government, and community meetings
Carry out research, information and data gathering and analysis
