JGC were engaged to manage the approvals process for the establishment of a temporary worker accommodation village in Moree. The accommodation was required for the large infrastructure Inland Rail Project connecting Melbourne and Brisbane. Our work on the project involved obtaining all the relevant expert reports (fire engineering, traffic management etc), management of the statutory approvals process, and coordination of community engagement activities. The necessary approvals were obtained within the project timeline and construction has now been completed.
