In 2019 we were engaged by the principal contractor responsible for construction of the Sunraysia Solar Farm in the far west of New South Wales. The project sought to establish a photovoltaic panel solar farm with a capacity of 250MW and with a value of up to $300m. Our team worked with the contractor to co-ordinate and ensure compliance with the statutory approvals and the legislative framework which governed development of the project. This resulted in timely delivery of the project, compliance with the approvals and contractual obligations. Construction of the project has now been completed and the solar farm is operating at full capacity.
